Tbh i think resto shamans are rly bad atm(well atleast in 10 man raiding).Only time when we can shine is when we are stacked up and that happens rly rare inToT.(With our progress there like 2 boss fights where we can do good healing).Atm they are not planing to buff healing(but they are buffing ele shaman again(small buff but i'd say good one)).So I think we shoul avoid using resto shamans atm.
