Off Spec & Alts

Are you capable of playing your Off Spec as well as your Main Spec?
My OS is not something I've used much time on. I got some bad gear, but if it's needed, I can work on it. Otherwise I have a warlock with 403 Itemlevel, if you need a extra DPS on some bosses. On my druid, it's primary healing.
Would you be willing to reroll to your Off Spec if the guild needs you to?

No I've used it alot in my previous guilds

8GB ram, Intel I7 dualcore 2.00 GHz, Gx 555-something... Good enough for Wow ;-)
How is the quality of you connection to the servers?
Latency = around 40. DC's etc has never been a problem for me.

Which days and at what times are you available to raid?
All workdays 7-11, Weekends depends.

Experience

A detailed description of your past raiding experience. Go as far back as you can.
I created my first character in early Wotlk, and mostly derped around. Nothing to write home about, sadly :( I had a break after Wotlk, and got back August. I've downed 6/8 on my warlock, as I've raided on because my guild needed me to. I'd rather play on my druid tbh. It only has 2 on heroic, but tacts is no problem ;-)

Any favourite raid fights? Why do you like that/those particular fights?
Warlord + Ultraxion. Warlock is just a great fight imo. And Ultraxion is just a lootship
Any noteworthy PvP Experience?
No not much. Some "for fun" battlegrounds, that's it
Previous Guilds

What are your previous guilds and what were your reasons for leaving them?
"Hunters of men" I didn't leave them, the team shut down because a bunch fro the team got other interests than Wow. The leaders decided that it would be best to shut the core down. This was mainly on my warlock, with my druid as standby on 3-healer fights.
Raid Performance and Class Knowledge

What are your personal preference in terms of spec and raidrole?
I try to learn my class as good as I can, and I spend a lot of time on the internet trying to find tips and tricks, and read changes of the lastest patches.
In a raid, I'm always trying to do as good as I possible can, ofcourse. I am very strict on meeting times, and I always come prepared for some good hours of raiding.
Please explain your dps cycle, or if this doesn't apply, your five most used spells:
As I'm joining as healer I guess I do the "healing cycle"?
Before encountering a fight, I always put up 3x lifebloom on any tank / whoever takes DMG. I try to keep it up with either nourish, HT, or another LB.
Rejuvenation is also a very useful spell. I also try to keep it up on whoever should take DMG.
I use Swiftmend whenever it's up, unless someone has a huge hit incoming.
If the raid takes DMG, I use wild growth whenever more than 1/2 has taken dmg.
And ofcourse I spam a little nourish / HealingTouch to heal up raidmembers :-)
What are your current glyphs? Why did you chose to use these glyphs?
Prime:
Swiftmend: so I no longer remove Reju when I pop swiftmend on a target. As I use swiftmend a lot, I find this very useful.
Lifbloom: Increases Crit chance of LB by 10%. I try to keep LB up at all times, to I find this one very useful too
Reju: Increases healing of reju by 10%. Reju is a very powerful HoT, and has a low cost of mana if you compare Healing output / mana.

Other than that I have Rebirth: People are ressurected with 100% health up from (30-40??) Just so a dead guy doesn't take a huge hit after a revive....
Gear: Which stats do you prioritize and why? Do you have multiple gear sets for different specs? Any resistance gear?
Intellect > Mastery => Crit => Haste = Spirit
I have some feralgear for OS, and no PvP gear.
Which forums/resources do you usually read to learn about wow and your class?

Why Icon?

What makes you prefer applying to Icon over other guilds?
As you know, I just moved to this server from Frostwhisper.. I'm looking for a new guild. I got a tip from a friend, so I took a closer look, and you seem to fit my level and I think I can fulfill your expectations :-)
Do you know anyone in Icon that might vouch for you?
No I don't think so. I've only spoken shortly to a few there...

My problem is that this kid is 15 and if we accept him, he has to pay for realm transfer.
