Maybe I'm missing something on our backup doc but i think this are next bks.

Well, its all a bit messy on the docs as...

1) Medo was backup last raid, but cow stepped out for 1st boss for him... and as we didnt get 1st boss down, who had backup? ;P is this taken as medo's backup, but cow chose to sacrifice his spot for him?

2) Wheiler is due backup, but prefer he aint after the way Shalcker is atm

3) Cow is due backup, but again prefer he is in so we have our strongest healers in


I say we go with what you suggest, and basically anyone not doing what they should we swap them out

I know so i didn't put wheiler on bk.I know shalcker is pissing everyone atm.

And count it as suker's bk cow gave him his spot.
Tonight kill 1st boss hc then go to bird boss an stay hc on him all night.
I think most people don't need gear that bad.(Only bits here and there).
And next time someon posts slacking officers blabla he'll be on forced backup.XD
Btw someone post team I'm not home .

Put a note next to Fibre saying something like " (We'll try get you in for 1st boss on HC) "
