Terrorist "suspects" could already be held indefinitly without any form of trail or prosecusion.
This is now legal for Any american 'prisoner'. including in the National Defense Authorization Act, it is now legal to use the Enhanced interrogation techniques (ergo torture) on any prisoner.
Anyone can be flagged as a terrorist and be arrested and detained indefinitely if the president (and ofc anyone behind the idiot) points a finger at you.
