I say we ask him to level up his mage if he wants.
His hunter doesn't look promising.

Plus we are now in position were we can't afford to get ppl in guild that are not geared.
I mean most of fights in HoF is one big DPS race.

this guy /W'd me when i was spamming for recruitment

told him we didnt have any spots for a hunter, and we had a brief chat

He was nice and friendy and understood that we didnt want to overcrowd classes in raids (and that we had a few backup hunters id stuck)

Told him if he wished, he could fill in an app and he would be considered, but couldnt promise anything as it wasnt something we were lookin for.... and obviously he took the time to fill in an app, and quite a nicely filled in app too

Was tempted to offer him a social spot if he wanted, even though only 16, but happy to decline if everyone prefers not

i agree whit you gringo. to give him a social spot. and lets see if we need a filler in one raid to tets him out.

Bhut atm we need to focus on sham to gear hure up first, becasue menny people wasent immpresd last night.

He's 16. Either we have the age rule or we don't. We bend it now and then (Hi Tooth!) but I'm not keen in filling up with under-geared and under-aged people. No from me, not even for social spot.

yeah, agree.... should try stick to the age rule else we get issues, even for socials
