i just whant to say Thanks for the kick me form the guild

is just one day i did't come for it not more than that and i get kick , just befor you kick me you can talk to be or you can give me demot not kick , i was in the guild more than 2 years now and i get kick coz i miss one riad , alot off ppl was in online in the game and they did't raid with us and they did't get kick or demot ,


may i ask why this happen to me ????

if is about the missing one raid and not give you a good reseon why

We would never kick a person because he/she misses a raid.

It's because you missed a raid just to raid with another team/guild. That's just NOT done. You are in this guild to make progress as a guild and to raid 3 days a week with this guild (that's what you signed up for as raider). If you disagree with officers or not happy with getting enough loot, doesn't give you a hall pass to just join other guilds on our raidnights.
What if everybody suddenly decides to raid with another grp on our raidnight?????

I don't care if ppl can't make it to raids because of RL stuff. But what you did here....man...I just have no words for it. It's backstabbing all your fellow raiders. Specially those who tried to help you gear up after your post about epgp system.

Also think that http://www.iconguild.eu/forum_threads/2041535?post=10681595#forum_post_10681595 was a clear warning for getting kicked and you didn't reply to it nor changed your mind about joining another group.

How can we have a full clear while we don't even have all bosses on farm? And even then so, why would you go to another group while you can get loot with our team? Seriously, these replies doesn't make sense at all.

If we accept what you've done here, then others can do it as well. We might as well disband the guild, if a bunch of people decide to raid with others on our raidday.

What if we decided to go mythic first boss, but you messed it up because we had 19 ppl instead of 20??You've let 19 ppl down.

Why haven't you asked officers first for permission to raid with another group on our raidday, instead of just making this decision on your own. We would have told you the same thing as you know now tho. It's just not acceptable to raid with others on our raidnight when the guild needs you, that's why you are in a guild, to help eachother in the guild. You have 4 offdays to do and join whoever you want.

i cant make you belive what i say

just tell me why i am now talk to you and fight to came back to the guild

and you point is raeyt i cant say you wrong is better if i i did talk to you ppl before i did this
