The number will only double on ppl. If you see yourself in the lists several times, you should change something

Yea, but what I meant with that is that a lot of people improved from the begining of the night this is probably a small amount of fails compared to the first 6 pulls

I will upload the full log tonight, this is just the live logging when I remembered to turn it on.

This is nice, altho, best way to check this is during raid and after each pull, so you can track it good. Now its hard to check cuz people also take fire and whirlwind when its a wipe to die fast. Same for taking raor when half the raid is dead alrdy. Ahwell you know what i mean. Thnx for dropping

Yup, checking each kill is better. You can look that up yourself. This is just the total score.

Logs from 12-1-2015. Check what killed you and work on it.

I was thinking how could we do it better or just improve, and the idea is pretty simple. just do minimal DPS and Focus on surviving things, not getting any extra shit, stay in healers range u know. Just to everyone survive it till the enrage. Then we should worry about dps. Cuz as long as we take such a massive damage, (especially me) sorry, healers need to focus more on healing when there is a lot going on already( moving and healing at the same time when we all take massive damage). Melee dps when to get out, even if its loss of dps. Mainly surviving the fight cuz atm, I think we are doing pretty lame :) and we can all do better. And also work on our Communication skill on ts, cuz that feels to slow sometimes.(not talking about calling out staff, that was pretty cool Sombra well done :) )

I dont usually mind tbh, but here when the whole fight is just moving around and avoiding, its quiet hard to spam heal, since there isnt much time to cast, so yeah in this case it matters a lot :D

Well the officers tried to force people to use the website but it was once, it was hardly enforced and now there is no follow through. No offense but that's how i see it, i don't only have criticism though i also thought of a solution.
Sign up on the website in some kind of way to get confirmed for the in game calendar. I know it's more work but you seem to have enough officers to do so.

And then just recruit more people so there is actual competition for spots, but you guys already seem to be doing that.

Force people to use it, its not a big deal. Takes only a few secs . Can`t believe that just few of us have that little time. Every one of us should put this little effort in the game. Tell me if I`m wrong.

Yeah it's basically a big giant fuck you to the guys that do take the time and put in the effort to prepare for raids. I mean people don't watch video's about fights then they waste everyone's time during a raid because it needs to be explained.

Saw this on priest forums, it's a waste of CR but...

We just ignore 2nd enfeebling (dk tank goes away with it and suicides, cr him up, it just makes a lot more room for error, a lot more forgiving fight).

Or i don't die and take the dmg like a boss :D
