BTW even on simulations his dps is lower then our by 10k(aprox) so i think that he's got gear problems(or he plays like kidds and try to get higest ilv he can while ignoring if that item is rly upgread for u ro not)

A few things to think about... lets say tonight we backup Volt tonight due to "low dps", then who do we backup when we come to next raid and work on the last boss again?

If the answer is Volt again, then maybe you guys really want to fail him, in which case it should be agreed between yourselves and then something done about it, or ofc you can speak to him (which may require you to speak to him when he is online and ask him to hang around) and try to explain the situation and try to help him.

Also, if he is failed, how do our numbers of players look for signups for the week? I'm not saying we keep him for numbers, but its something that needs to be considered, making the "talk to him" option to explain that his DPS is a little low and you want to try help, a good option. Kinda buys us some time for recruiting ;)

You're right on all those points Gringo, problem is I tried talking to him and got nowhere.
Bottom line is we NEED more recruits before we can afford be picky. We're all spamming but you've seen trade channel. It's full of spammers doing exactly same as us.

Not sure what the answer is tbh.
