Perhaps we should delay this until Yarah has spoken to him regarding his performence. However please start discussing to see if we can come up with anything else.

I've been talking to this guy every week and every raid I raided with him. I even had Anes and tooth give him some tips and tricks. However, this guy still seem clueless about what he is doing as a shammen
Delaying he promotion would be the best idea since we do need him atm .
Will see if we can fix him and make him better

Agree with Yarah here. He needs to shape up or ship out.

Yarah you should write him a message on WhatsApp, meet up with him and recap his performence. Tell him what we expect him to improve before we want to promote him and that his trial won't last forever either.

If everyone agrees, and you can do that. I will add it to the OTO and this topic can be closed.

Monday 25/5-15:
Lagg issues at start of raid, and was unable to stay in teamspeak? nor did he keep trying to login later, no idea what you told him, but I never saw him again after we switched him out for Arkkan..

This guy is improving on a slow pace
He is getting to know how to play shammy now and knows his talents, but he is still doing some random stuff like poping all his CDs along with tide to climb meter.

next reset i will decide wither we keep him or not

Hamfero failed quite a bit outstanding yesterday but I think he is still worth promoting. Hes not performing bad, what do you guys think?

Have tooty go more DPS and have him as OS healer while we also take in the new resto druid. It would give us a good team with 2 resto shamans, 2 resto druids, 1 monk and 1 priest.

To me he seems like our weakest healer, i havent actully gone over the logs but its just my feeling of randomly checking meters and what he has healed. But we do need ppl atm so i guess its only fair to promot ehim.

For Hamburger, he has improved a lot.

Pros.
- He is good with his CDs and knows when to use them.
- He finally understands his class.

Cons.
- Even if sometimes you see him high on meter its only bcuz he overspam and at mid fight he is low on mana "which is bad for a shammy".
