Been thinking about this and I do realise we all want to take our alts and bring socials etc etc... so far we been killing 3-5 bosses wich isnt fun when we can clear it, would it be an option to have a set amount of socials or alts compared to mains as we do need to bring mains in aswell....

maybe set up a rotaion or ask in TS if people are willing to go on main instead next time they can go on alt etc etc

Agree, I have no problem alternating, been switching anyway when we start to struggle.

I agree it's not really working very well. Like your idea but it's complicating a pretty simple situation (though perhaps I have too high standards!?)

As I see it, the main issues are:

1. People not geared.
2. People not knowing the tactics (this includes people on alts performing roles they are not used to, e.g. healers doing DPS for example)

The first part can be solved quite easily, but the second one needs people to put some effort in. I'm happy and willing to help people out but if they can't be arsed learning the fights, I'm not going to help them either.

btw. we killed 7 bosses whic isn't to bad as we have left maidens, blast furnace and blaackhand. Those runs will get better within week 2 when people get more gear etc.

I got a 636 ilvl alt mage? pro dps and all xD anyway I could still get a few minor upgrades from normals anyway so id be happy to come on my warrior.

I got a 673 prot warrior, 671 disc priest and 667 elemental shaman.

My body is ready
