I'd say reject him or offer social spot.

He ain't geared.He would be just holding whole raid back for few weeks.

Not impressed with the gear on this one, at most social spot.

1. age is 17 and we got the rule set to 18

2. as tooth/ Hog did say lack gear and enchanting and cant do lfr.

it's a no go from me as a raider bhut as a sosial yes. can use hin to fill the numbers when we are low i gess.
and join in for normal msv when we do that. not that i think we will do that so mutch longer it's time to start doing hc!!

Can someone then explain to demonatro why we are not taking him(i just can't find nice words to reject him)

maybe use the words used here that he isnt geared enough to do competetive dps with the rest and would take time to gear up to the same level as the rest, he have a lot of job with dailies and valor farming before that can happen
