well its time i stopped being so tight and bought myself a new lappy as im thinking of starting raiding again and im sick of having to wind my old one up every 10 minutes!i know i should get a desktop but im a slob and enjoy sitting on sofa watching tv and playing wow in my y fronts! i have been reading up on the debates between intel and amd and while most are leaning towards intel a few have still said amd are totally acceptable. one thing ppl always seem to agree on is get somthing with dedicated graphics. so been searching and found a hp pavillion with a10 amd and radeon hd 7620g 2gb graphics for £500, which seems okhttp://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/search-keywords/xx_xx_xx_xx_xx/067837/xx-criteria.html . any thoughts?

tbh , i used to play on laptops for 10 years,, my 2 first laptop were HP. Both started smoking after a year, before that i had alot of battery problem.
So i am not a BIG fan of HP.
My experience and people around me at work, (army, so we travel alot) is that ACER does have great laptops for awesome prices.

But no i am not a guy that knows everything of computers. just giving my opinion by experiences.
GL finding a comp.

cya online soon!!

My desktop is an HP and works fine... My old Acer on the other hand... Hehe, Had to buy a cooling station for it, or it overheated after like, 1 hour worth of gaming^^
But I have heard some bad things about hp laptops...

All I can say, and you figured that out yourself already, laptops aren't made for serious gaming. If you consider to become a serious raider, you should have a solid PC who can handle the 20 man raids. Laptops always give problems in the end.
