Recruitment is open! For no apparent reason, I have opened up for DK, warrior, paladin and warlock. New recruitment macro is here http://www.iconguild.eu/forum_threads/1265419

Let's get a rogue and dk, to put derp and zatrix under pressure (doesn't hurt to get 2 of each class without direct suspicion) Don't think we need a new lock, we have 2 left (if glmod leaves). Why a pala, is Norriz part of that team, or replacement for chopps? Open spot for disc as well then, blackvodoo.

Ah yes, forgot about rogue too.

Tempted with moonkin too, such good DPS right now but Elders is doing good.

Hmm.. Really don't like 4 druids in raid. I'm not a huge fan of having more then 2 of each class, but that's just personal. If we take in moonkin, what about wheiler's friend if he's still interested, dinhest...or something it was. Altho I haven't seen him in our normal runs either.

That's what stops me.

Thinking about this a bit more and I don't think having 4 druids is such a terrible thing. After all, Method had 4 moonkins for Blackhand kill!

Anyway, I think we need more DPS and these are the options assuming we don't lose anyone else:

Moonkin
Warrior
Monk
Rogue
Death Knight

Obviously not ALL of these at once!

We are not method and the moonkin we get aren't most likely like method moonkin. But sure, we can always kick them when underperforming.

Why another monk tho?

Not saying we are Method or that we get a Method quality player, just that moonkins on average do a lot of DPS right now compared to other specs.

As for monk, we we don't have a DPS monk so there is a potential space there.

We need to have a talk with Blackvodoo, Zatrix and Derpspree. What their intentions are for the future and get both derp and bv to sign better as they are both unsigned atm and we have 2 other healers signed out for tomorrow

Yup agree. I also want a pala healer, this can't go on like this with chopps. Imho he should be demoted. He hasn't been with us for even 50% of raids.

Guess we have room for a new lock too.

Posted a new recruitment, i will update it 4/5 times a week if you don't mind.
