What shall we do about Shalcker?

Was I wrong for shouting at him lastnight? As I find myself easily snapping at ppl these days with all the RL shit I have going down atm.

Was I imagining it lastnight when he was staying on the boss, or atleast staying on the boss long enough after the adds spawning for them to be nearly dead and pointless him even trying to help kill any adds?

I got a feeling he stays on the boss to finish his rotation or something before even thinking about moving, though he did seem to switch to the totems pretty fast (though they are right next to the boss and didn't require any moving)

Was watching him closely on the boss after (Malkorok), its almost like he is an extra boss mechanic we have to watch out for I found.
On our few tries and the kill for the 9th boss this is what he would do...
Purple pool spawns near melee... I run into it, call out I got it...then a sec later he would join me!
Purple pool spawns near melee... he goes into it... waits a sec, then steps out of it! I sprint across from the other side of the boss and get in it just before it explodes.

It seemed like he is testing us, trying to sabotage the fight or just got some messed up delays on his reactions.

Have we given him enough chances? Shall we just kick him and hope we dont need an off-tank for a while? Or am I just being too tough on him?

Well tbh even if we were wrong he should have listen to us.
Then he started major argue vs whole raid.Hog showed u that graph.
I juste watched all data(from wipes and kill) Even suker got more dmg on those things then him.He did 5 mil less dmg then next dps on shamans.

If he didn't starta rgue i wouldn't mind that much it's just shalcker.I think we told him few times it's his last chance.

I understand the concern and it looks to me that almost everyone is pissed at him.

About time to react, i can't say much. Something wierd is goin on for me about latency by evening. Yesterday on timeless island, i had 650ms/800ms, in my farm i had 86ms/1600ms and this morning in my farm just a normal 45ms/45ms. I dunno if the isp, wow server, my line or the preparation of the deployment VDSL2 sux atm. Every fucking evening, my latency is different and i cant deal with it.

In case of shalcker, it's clear that in Soviet Russia, it's the wow server who pings you :D

I'd then just advise you to not kick him from guild but instead demote him to social simply out of raid time.

He may just be happy to run flex and he will anyway have time to think about it. If he cant accept it, he's anyway free to leave.

You were OK to be shouting at him. Putting it simply, he's simply not a team player and will not follow simple orders/instructions if he believes his way is better.

Last night he said it was better for him to stay on the boss, and he's actually probably right, but he was told not to do that, repeatedly.

Clear all the ticks, leave Elders on as he hits all the shamans and add Shalcker. You will see he only hits a single one.

Quite frankly I've had enough of his antics and I think everyone would be happier if we removed him from the raid team.

1. His blatant disregard for instruction.
2. His constant inability to eat.
3. His constant inability to buff.
4. His random AFK moments (ever noticed he's often the last one to get back to the boss after a wipe?)

Personally, I'm happy to just put him back to social and be done with it.

Well, he did hit a 2nd 1, but obviously left it so late to get to the mob that he didn't do much damage at all on it, and for a 2h melee role they should have big burst on attacks

The 1 he did do a lot of damage on was in the phase where we were not allowed to hit the boss, so he had to hit it as he had nothing else to hit.

OK, time to vote...

Options:
1. Keep as raider with a final warning
2. Demote to social
3. Kick from guild

I'm going for 2.

BTW.Should we ask elders to use his feral gear as tanking?

may be worth check out if he can tank (just incase of an emergency)

That's why i wrote that usually wheiler and harder are on every raid

Elders won't tank, his offspec is healing.

from this lockout, i'll do lfr for the 10 runestones i miss and collect tank gear. It should take 2-3 weeks to have something decent mixed 502 and 528.

I keep flex and normal for dps one.

Agree with putting him on social.

But we need to gear Haz for tanking for when one of us cant get to raid and to have backups for us to.

i think that`s the best choice.with haz getting tank gear , and maybe help him get some gear fast,cuz pally tanks are a bit more better than druids imo
