I just want to clarify something. Backup means you are online at raid time and for at least 30 minutes after raid starts. You can go offline and do other things provided we have a way of calling you and getting you back online. Ideally we would like you to be available for the whole raid but we are not going to hold anyone to that. Just make yourself available of we will count it as a no-show and your backup will happen again for the next raid.

Shall we post a pm or something to the officers with a cell-phone number so a text msg can be delivered if a player that is backup needs to be called in to the raid?

That would be awesome. Obviously we don't expect this, but it allows people to log out and go watch TV instead of being bored in game. I'd appreciate this.
