I have been meaning to write a holy Paladin guide for a while now, and in the past had a few people asking me to do one. So here it is.
*NOTE* This is how i as a Paladin play, so may be different to other guides.
Gearing
Nice and simple...
Armor: Plate with int/spirit
Offhand: Shield with int/spirit (Altho the Heroic offhand from madness is in fact BiS)
Mainhand: Mace with int/spirit
Reforging
Int>Spirit>Haste>Mastery>Crit (Altho i am currently trying out a mastery build)
Reforge gear in the following way. If it has,
Haste + Mastery = Leave it, no reforging
Haste + Crit = Crit > Mastery
Crit + Mastery = Crit > Haste
If you do have an item with no spirit on, take the lowest needed from that and reforge to spirit.
E.G if it has Mastery/Crit then reforge Crit into Spirit
Talents/Glyphs
You can view my Talents + Glyphs on my armory page.
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/kazzak/Velcat/talent/secondary
*NOTE* My Glyphs always stay the same except if i am soaking on Morchoc, then Glyph of Divine Protection gets replaced for Glyph of Light of Dawn
Gemming
Meta: Ember Shadow Spirit Diamond
All other gems will be +int, inless the socket bonus is +20 or more INT, if that is the case you go with INT + Haste.
Spells/CD's and when to use them.
No matter what you hear, Paladins use ALOT of spells (Dont listen to all the BS about spamming Holy Raidence, well inless it's Ultra)
Damage
There is only 1 spell we will be using for DPS
Judgement This spell gives us the buff Judgement of the Pure and last for 1min. To keep this buff up you will be using Judgement as close to every 1min as you can (Do not use it when it's not needed, as it is a mana loss)
Healing "Buffs"
Blessing of Might for mana regen
Seal of Insight
Beacon of Light Should ALWAYS be up, beacon switching is not very good, inless you know someone has to be out of range due to tactics, otherwise keep it on the tank.
Healing Spells
Will finish this off shortly
