App seems ok, gear seems nice, only problem I see id the age (19 - though ofc we have been flexible on this previously) and if we wish to take on another mage

IMO even taking on more DPS wont help us raid atm, due to healers not signing up very often... so I would say no, and look for a class we dont have.... though I would not object if ppl did feel we should get him in to fill the numbers.

Nothing exceptional with the app or applicant, plus we have a raiding Mage + Zee already. No from me.
