Cant say im that impressed with his app either, so I left him some questions to answer, if he fails on them, hes not worth giving a trail..

sadly he was in balance specc at the time I checked him up on armory.. so have to see him as resto

Initial app was average at best, his follow up somments seem to be OK, but Elders can confirm/deny that. Gear looks quite good, perhaps a little lazy on enchants. He has very few achievments which leads me to believe that he is a new char.

However.... if you search for his e-mail address on Facebook, it says he attends Priestnall School which means he is max 16 years old.

Shame really, I'd probably have given him a shot otherwise.

Imo he has some knowledge about resto as he seems to be seder off what he lacks in stats and tvinga like spaning regrowth isnt the way to go. I am not sure he Will fit in.

But thats just speculations.

So unless you guys dont have anything against giving him a trail, im willing to give him a shoot..

edit: As for if he is 18 or not, I guess its probably hard to find out, as it is with anyone. Facebook can be wrong for things like schools and stuff, I mean I havent even looked at mine in like 4 or 5 years ;P

I'm sceptical, but willing to give it a try. I like being proven wrong and healers are not easy to get by these days. We have about 20 x 10man guilds on Kazzak trying to get another healer ...

So accepting for trial then, but we will be very strict on this one, so follow him closely.

Why on earth are we accepting an 18 year old who barely seems to know his class?

We have a 22y.o + relative age limit, while we are not grumpy old men, you honestly wouldn't fit in if you are 15 ^^

In two weeks of bumping rec posts, this is the only app we have had to consider, and youth less often have kids that refuse to sleep and work issues ;)
