Yo, just wanted to let everyone know something I found out in PTR.. Which with the upcoming patch will probably make sure you can get some upgrades in, and help you out a bit first our first shot at Hellfire Citadel. (or if you change main character.. )


Firstly, there are new item pieces called "Baleful" (Weapon/Armor/Trinket etc) As shown on picture below.
Armor, Trinket, Rings and Neck will each cost 5,000 Apexis Crystals. While a Weapon will cost 10,000 (sucks for your warriors eh?)
These items can be farmed on random mobs in Tanaan Jungle, or simply bought from a vendor. It's pretty much the same as the items you get in Garrison, or back in Timeless Isle. You get em, then rightclick and BAM you got a new random stats 650 item.



Secondly the part I found to be focking awsome.. Is that with Another item from the very same vendor.. You can upgrade your new Baleful from 650 > 695. So if you are like me on live servers, and still got some pesky Heroic item or even Normal 670.. You can now upgrade them to 695 instantly as you get dat fat ass to Tanaan Jungle (=

This item however costs 20,000 Apexis Crystals, so in order to upgrade a weapon like I will. It has a total cost of 30,000 Apexis Crystals.. I am also a pretty realistic prick, so I'm sure that I will need at least 50,000 Apex before 6.2 Launches, there is just noway in hell. That I am getting Mastery/Multistrike on the first weapon I buy or find ^^


So.. Start doing those Garrison Apex dailys, if you are low! Otherwise farm them anyhow, and upgrade whatever you can!

Are stats random?

Yes, sadly the stats will be random and as written. Just like those we got from timeless isle, or 615 garrison ones. So It might take a few try's until you get BiS.. :)

But I was also told of a save, app you can get spirit lodge (house with portals in garrison) and do some workorders, it gives you 106+ Apexis Crystals for each workorder.
