You can use the flasks and pots in the Guild Bank, but for this we need some mats.
Mats everyone can get in their garrison.

Flasks

Draenic Agility Flask we need the following herbs for this
Fireweed and Starflower
Draenic Intellect Flask we need the following herbs for this
Starflower and Talador Orchid
Draenic Stamina Flask we need the following herbs for this
Nagrand Arrowbloom and Talador Orchid
Draenic Strength Flask we need the following herbs for this
Gorgrond Flytrap and Nagrand Arrowbloom

Pots

Draenic Agility Potion we need the following herb for it
Fireweed
Draenic Intellect Potion we need the following herb for it
Talador Orchid
Draenic Strength Potion we need the following herb for it
Nagrand Arrowbloom
Draenic Armor Potion we need the following herb for it
Frostweed

how do u get easy herbs.

Their are a couple of ways to earn herbs.

1. Having the profession herbalism
2.Having a herb building in your garrison and to make the max use of it make your Shadow Hunter Rala work there, by if u did this u can speak with the herb vendor and choose with flower u get the next day.
3.Trading post u can buy flowers for 10 garrion resources each or just from the AH <-- i don't recommend this cus u can get plenty for free


Greater flasks

We can upgrade the normal flask from 200 to 250.
We need the following items for that.

Alchemical Catalyst <-- a vendor in your garrison can sell you this for 5 Primal Spirit each
Sorcerous Fire and Sorcerous Water not sure where u can get those easy
and a normal flask
