So what do we do with recruitment? what do we need and how many more people do we need.
Sins we wanne progress in hc's we need moor stability than we got now.

Yesterday we were missing:

Velcat - 3-4 week AFK
Klimenpwn - Tentative signup
Tootheater - Unforeseen school stuff happened
Wheiler - Disconnected (AGAIN!)

I don't think we should recruit, if we do we'll have too many people. Last couple of weeks have just been a pain in the ass :(

Yep.If we recruit it will be overkill.Vel will be back soon and then we will strat having massive backups again.Laset few raids just bad luck .Hopefully it will be beter nexet reset.

Any word from Gingo on him coming back?

Mybe we need to req. If we wanne do the 20 man thing. Just hope that get fixed and scaled down to 10 man.

We could look at setting up a second raid team which will eventually merge with the main team?

That is god idea too.But we would need to send at least 1 officer there to lead it.

I'm sure we can arrange that too, even if it starts as an officer on an alt or something.

Come on Haz, that's a pretty shit attitude.

Firstly, normal SoO doesn't really need leading, it's piss easy. Second team doesn't have to be doing heroics just yet, just needs a bit of coordination.

Secondly, we've got a shit load of time to get more people.

Having said that, I've got no problem talking about merging with another guild. We could even perhaps do some 25 man SoO and gear up faster.
