Can we consolidate exactly what recruitment we are looking for?

I believe that for Millhouse we would take the following:

Tanks - None needed (we have 2 active and Elders & Nikee as backup)
DPS - None needed (think we are full for the moment)
Healers - Space for a paladin, monk or druid (Assuming Cow won't return, we only have Suker active, Toothy as offspec and Customer as trial)

Can someone confirm Murloc requirements? I've updated the Kazzak official forum post but not the specific class requirements properly.

I can switch it to ms in worst case. But think customer will be fine he seemed ok yesterday.

Yes, we just need another mainspec to solidify the team.

I believe we are ok for the moment. Next wednesday fluff gets his trial for the holy pala position. It depends on his performance.

Think we still need a tank in team Murloc. We only have 1 tank raiding 3 days a week. I don't know what the plans are for Nikee.

Nikee wants to play hunter but is happy to help when needed. I think we should be careful not to overuse him on tank though. He's great so we don't want to lose him.

Team Murloc needs a tank - paladin / warrior

I would really like to see Nikee in this position tbh and i think he is happy to fill that role but i think we should ask him what he wants as the tank position wasnt open before. Hate to use him as a troubleshooter although he seems perfectly fine either way

Together with the rogue('s) and fluffy as welcome trials we should be fine.

Its still a lean and mean team and we like it that way to be honest.

That said i do feel we need to keep recruitment open for exceptional players of all classes to ensure continuity and to move forward to ensure future 25-20 man raiding. Besides this we still have a few tough fights ahead that would be easier with specific setup. Retpala and spriest come to mind.

So i suggest keeping recruitment open but maybe downshift priority to "low" to not slam the door on skilled players wanting to join Icon.

^^ This. He has said this many times - he prefers to raid on hunter but is happy to help out. I'm not willing to give him up to you guys I'm afraid other than as backup for when you are in need of a tank.

Ok this should not be a topic on Nikee, I am fine either way. To be honest its good to have a backup tanker available as we noticed monday.

Even though we appear to have 15 signs for this eve ex Glylyna and Nikee i would still be looking for a prot/ret pala to ensure we can raid every boss every day.

Agree that you need another tank though, if nothing else, it's obvious from Dark Shamans that sometimes we need 3.

Zatrix is mainspec frost dps... Zeross is only tanking on wednesdays and an occasional other day....

That leaves scummy as our only reliable MS tank and he has been thinking of taking a break...

So really you need 2 tanks? Have you talked with Scummy as he really needs to commit one way or the other. In the meantime, as we have recruitment open for pala or warrior tank, I'd suggest leaving it like that. Possibly modify the recruitment macro to mention a tank?
