Hey guys,

Now that Warelord stepped down, we need to find an adequate replacement for him as the ranged officer and possibly get another officer to assist us in things. Prinsy was someone we could consider, but I also found Arkkan to also be a possible option. Depending of course if they want to do it or not.

Furthermore, we need to update the roster as three players need to be removed from our current active raiders list:

1. Warelord :(
2. Anesthetized
3. Vooray

And possibly update it with the new recruits we might accept (3 OPEN) atm.

Let me know your view.

Mayby you could have a chat with both and see their views on the ranged officer duties and ability to perform them. Also talk abit in general what kind of changes they would like to see happening in guild or guild managment. Tell them upfront your talking with other ppl too.

Would give you a feel of their performance in doing the role job, we havent really gotten it goign smooth yet with both role officers being absent alot.

You forget I put melee in my grp during raids and constantly chat with them. Last two raids i have worked on exxone as he had dps problems on both hands and pillars, which has become alot better than during the first raids he progressed on it with us. I find that you are already removing vooray from roster after two declined raids humorous.. exxone did the same thing.. although he had been with us for about five raids until he did so. I cant even remember if he even put himself declined or he was simply 'invited'. Atleast vooray we knew he would not show, with the declined status. He will also post absence today, and I'll save my judgement until then.

Ranged from what i know, has had no such thing as above, nor from what I can tell has healers.

Interrupts will come asap as ppl learns the system in use. It has already been proven better for most of the raids. And to that effect aswell, raid-lead has not been needing to focus on it at all. (Everything takes time).

didnt mean to criticize your performance tim, i think you have been doing the job as it should, just that you had absence and we dont have that much expiriance with how the system will work yet.

It's a little bit more difficult for the ranged, but yeah; the healers are also not doing bad. It's mostly the ranged team that is a bit unorganised. However I feel like that's because we dont have a ranged officer to take care of it now due to Warelords absence and my low attendance. Hopefully Arkkan or Prinsy are willing to take up the job.

I can definitely see the improvement from the melee team, and that is I think going in the right direction.
