Today`s raid invites was a bit strange when i got in the raid a saw who was invited. First robin was on backup several times when he worked nightshift, and got backup again today when he actually signed as accept. So i gave my spot to him. Felt he deserved it for the time he spent on backup.
And for some reason Hog got in the raid as tentative when both robin and Zee signed as accept.

This is not and angry post or something im just wondering what you officers use to determine who gets in or not?
And if im stepping on any toes here say so.

Firstly about me being tentative. I tried to set to confirmed today but armory was down so couldn't, but I did let the other officers know about it.

With regards Robin (and others)... signing out of raids does not exclude you from backup rotations. If you are not here, you cannot be backup. The backups we chose for tonight were all for people who were due a backup. We have a document set up to track all of this stuff (a spreadsheet on Google Documents if you are interested in the details!)

Finally, you were absolutely correct to post as it's quite unclear. We will try to write a better explanation about this over the coming days to clear it up for everyone.

ok, the things for the raids etc was a bit unclear, its more clear now that i know it :)
Think everyone would appreciate a post with the subject :)
