We should create a baseline for what we expect from everyone during the raid in terms of not only behaviour but also which food to use when.

I think we should create a topic to cover this on the forums where we explain that we want the maturity in the raid to rise and to clear out that we do not want talks about sex, alcohol or drug abuse during the raid. I think talking about some jokes and suff are OK but It feels like some are taking it a few notches too high and end up offending or annoying people.

In addition I think we should also make clear for example that it is OK to use 100 stat food for farm bosses but according to the following rules.

1. No 100 stat food for a boss we have killed less than 3 times.
2. If we have killed a boss three times, then you can use 100 stat food up to 2 wipes at most. (3rd attempt onward should be 125 food).

Please discuss.

Once everyone agrees, then we should create a topic asap and communicate this from Sundays raid onward.


Also who would like to take responsibility for this task? I've already added this in the OTO.

We should also add a rule about AFK and about asking an designated officer or raid leader for afk.

And i agree with the food rule.
