Can we somebody please explain officer tasks because lately I get a feeling only 2 are doing everything and the others are...well....I have no clue what their job is.

For an example, applications are on this site for waaaaaaaay to long before handled. Sometimes ppl reply on it, but are to lazy to make a vote post.
Crisp made a apply 3 days ago, ppl replied on it. But nothing is being handled by officers.

Think , he has time, hog should assign tasks and take a look at the ranks if he need every officer atm. Now its freestyle, agree.
Simple tasks as, loot, rl, social part in guild, tactics, performance healing/ dps/ tanking, raid cd usage! Very important, still alot to gain at that part.

I really didn't think we needed to do anything like this, at least not until mythic started. Most of this is common sense. However, it may be time to tidy things up a little.
