Looking around, i found one easy tip for positioning - just have 4 groups standing in corners of "square". So tank + melee on Sul and Malakk in one corner, two ranged dps and healer in another corner, tank on Marli in next corner, and two more ranged dps + healer (or two healers and ranged) in last corner, with one person going anywhere (probably just following empowered boss).

This way Kazra'jin is charging between groups in straight lines, with his path clearly visible in the middle, and 3 people are always there for frostbite stacking.

And it looks like fight where paladins are strictly superior to other tanks for Sul, since we have 2 interrupts, one on 15s cd (Rebuke), other at 15s base (Avenger's Shield), reduced by haste (to about 12-13s in my gear), with chance to reset on both Crusader Strike/Hammer of the Righteous and dodges/parries.

From logs Quicksand seems to be cast every 30-35 seconds, Sand bolt is 2s cast with about 0.5 cast delay.
Kick is 5s lockdown 15s cd, rebuke 4s lockdown 15s cd, Avenger's Shield 3s lockdown ~13s cd, that's 12 seconds of school lockdown out of 15 minimum, plus interrupts going not right at start of Sand Bolt cast should add a few seconds; this way we should be able to cover each and every cast.

We'll still need to swap for Frigid Blows - while you can cd through it with just a bit more tank healing, this stops interrupts on Sul - so we're trading about about 3-4 extra Sand Bolt going through just to make it slightly easier for tanks. Sand bolts which are ~120-150k aoe blasts - we have many cases of two people being hit by one cast in logs.

Also, apparently Kazra'jin reflect can be negated for party (but not raid) with Glyphed Grounding Totem - so it's probably worth stacking (ranged) dps in same group with Tooth.

Sounds a quite logical positioning, worth trying this

As much as I would agree that Paladins are superior for interrupts on the boss, also 'communication' is massively important for any interrupt rotation. Else it very easily goes pear-shaped and starts falling apart with loads of casts getting through, especially if tank swapping is going to be done as well.

A lot of the sand bolts will slip through during the fight, from getting knocked around by the rolling guy (which will happen), or from the odd mis-interrupts, or from timing of the CD ending being too close to the end of the cast, etc... but keeping these to a minimum and also communicating any adjustment in the rotation whenever these slips happen is the key.

You say when you interrupt next one, i interrupt the rest, where is the problem exactly? Even in worst case we cannot miss more then 2 casts without some interrupt cd coming back up, after which rotation can be restored.

Taunt swaps can be easily macroed (we're always in range of each other with square positioning), i don't even have to retarget Malakk to do them.

I did stay for a while on that boss, and i disagree. Kazra'jin charge area isn't wide, easy to see (to me at least), and easy to sidestep without breaking interrupt-contact with boss (who has bigger contact area then charge width). Plus one of my interrupts is ranged.

There are no "adjustments to rotation" since there are only two people interrupting in this case, with no extras - and any extras will have to react in less then a second, which is impossible with voice communication (unless you consider something like "Damn" or "Uh" voice communication) .You interrupt when you have kick ready, i interrupt after that when i have Rebuke ready (same cd), then interrupt once with Avenger's Shield. Some random slip-ups can be covered with random Avenger's Shield resets too.

It's just a matter of practice, like with any fight.
