checked some logs,, average/low dps. guildmembers have kills up to spoils. average of 100k less dps then the top dpsers in his team.. for a 25m you can have that but for 10m, or progress fights you need GOOD dps.
i dont know who guided him to ICON (maybe domina? ex wun shot)
i say decline and wait for better. I like to have a retri but not this guy. Altho maybe this is a girl also???? hahh nah joking. Tits or no tits, i say decline from murloc side.

I'd say no too.We need top dps even for 25 man but atm we have few poeple that are doing not as good dps and u can feel that a lot when we are killing farm bosses.

Nothing to add here, all is said. My vote is no. We can be very selective atm with 12/14 progress. We'll get lot of ppl who want in and get a piece of the pie.
