So, i was wondering. Almost starting again and haven't seen any of our tanks. Scummy we know but where is zeross. Imo, we need 2 new tanks and keep zatrix as main dps.

think it's time to think a bout merging the teams.

and use zatrix and elders as off tanks.

me and wheiler as main tanks.

I do think we should do the joining (if that is the action we're gonna take this quickly) as a 25-man team. If we join the teams into one 10 man team, we might have problems getting a 20-man team for WoD up. This was the main goal of the merge wasn't it?

Anyways, i do feel there's no one perfect way to go forward at this point. We'll have to make compromises in any situation...
Main compromise I see for joining both teams into a 25-man team is progression. I think that some people will have problems with stepping "back" in progression as we get used to playing with eachother. If one thing has been proven over the past joint raids, is that we need to learn to play together as a team. This will set back progression on SoO bosses significantly.

I think/feel we should have an officer TS session somewhere after newyears to set a course for the guild, set a timeline and plan the actions needed to set up a steady 25-man...
