I'm happy to give her (yes it's another girl!) a trial. She wrote an excellent application. Not the best experience but we can fix that.

Considering our current healing team:

1. Hamfero [Trial]
2. Yarah
3. Tootheather
4. Celvink
5. Stepan
6. Hellion [Quitting THIS WEEK!]
7. Anacondasas [Trial]

We would be missing a Paladin healer, and not really a restoration shaman. However she seems decent and might be worth a try. I'd say we should test her out on Hansgar and Franzok and Gruul.

Hanz&Gar and Franzok for her ability to avoid and follow raid strategy and Gruul for her healing output.

If she does pass our tests, and we end up wanting her then we need to re-think about her having Hamfero's spot OR Tootheather's spot (Tootheather going DPS then). Which might seem sensible to me if Hamfero is getting up to standard with performence.

Cross Anacondasas out since he said he doesnt want to join anymore.

Ive spoke to her after raid about her poor performance, but like any new trial she was under pressure to avoid failing and like she said moving a lot to correct peoples mistakes.

She said she can do much better and maybe we should try her again

It's understandable that someone who has no experience to not be able to perform at his best although this is most likely the kind of performence she will also give when we are ALL new to the boss; which I think should be better. However she might be better of course as progressing is less pressure than trying to prove yourself while all others already have to a certain extent.
