I've made a couple of cosmetic tweaks to the doc. For example, frozen cols & rows, copied the conditional formatting to the rows below etc.

Why are we recording T (trial) in there? I don't think that's needed, should be enough to colour the persons name in the header to indicate they are a trial.

Maybe I wrote Trial instead of Tentative back on the other sheet or something, though "Tentative" is never recorded after a raid has taken place (due to once the raid has happened then they are either there or not) but was used for planning the days raids I think... think used '?' Instead though if i remember right, which flagged up something to be checked.

warning for you that I may have to pull out of tonight's raid, or atleast the earlier part of it. Got a bit of an urgent work thing come up that will probably mean I'll have to work this evening.

Will keep ya updated through the day, but thought I'd give ya warning
