We've got 10 of them so almost enough to craft 2 pairs of shoes. How do we decide who gets them first? I've put ilvl in the list above if it helps decide.

Well are feet bis for anyone?

I can't tell for others, but outside of thunderforged and heroic, mine is BiS. I'd assume that others are too.
