I'd say give him a warning, but demote away if you wish. tbh is it just me, or is it always him or Nec who wipe us?

Nina - Just not showing up and imo not doing enough DPS (he should be easily beating most of us all the time) so I would say demote and replace.

Nec - Agree that he is wiping us a lot, then again, Shalcker was causing problems last night (in addition to the usual tactics discussion!)

Keg - Just vanished. I've sent him a forum message and even one on Facebook (found him using email address) and had nothing back.

Suker - He's rerolling to his priest so we need to gear him ASAP. I'll craft some stuff, will need mats from gbank. Anything else anyone can do to help would be appreciated.

I suggest to recruit:
Healers:
1 x non-druid healers (keep priest in the list in case Suker sucks on his)
1 x other healer if Toothy goes full time DPS

DPS:
1 x Mage to replace Nina
