I think we should rather demote him but then again, I'm not too informed regarding his situation. How do you guys feel about this?

There's a good chance he will come back, especially if we promote him from being a trial. Someone just needs to speak with him to confirm.

Okay, who wants to do that? I'm not online frequently so best to have Warelord or smt approach him.

Might be nice from Yarah, Druids of the world unite! Other than that, he's spoken to me directly before so I can do it. Prinsy has good rapport with him too.

Wouldn't this be a good case to apply our Role Officers?

Imo he was ok, mayby the role officer can go it over with him again and promote if he wants to keep raiding. if he decides not raid -> demote.
