Every member has to make his own topic (make that topic whenever it fits you or for the first raid you are missing or going to be late at). Whenever you are going to be late for a raid or unable to raid post it in your own topic well in advance!
Your post needs to have the following information:
- What raid you are missing (post a date) or how late you are going to be
- Why are you late or missing the raid?
Keep in mind that you should also post your absence if you have not been able to write it before the raid. WhatsApping is not sufficient, keep every absence of you in the topic.
