I figured a poll is too much effort. Please discuss. I'm not too sure about him but he is I think acceptable. If we want to have a better team later in the future however he might go below the standard but as of now I think he is OK.

Worth promoting for now.

He is OK but dies often. He also knows that he dies often. Other than that I don't know enough about rogues. Probably worth a promotion though, we can always demote again if he keeps messing up.

Agree we should promote as his been around so much. should work on his deaths and mayby twim can /w him to tell him to keep working on that before promoting him, but imo should be promoted next raid

Haha talking about that, I think melee's are a solid type of grp who discuss alot of things often. And if they do not, they start after my expectations of them is spoken out in ts ^^
I have never before dps' ed on beastlord.. but to avoid those rend and tear i have been so religious about.. was way more annoying than I first assumed for melee. But they all have really stepped up on most trys for beast, and I also often take all melee into my grp and talk shit with them. Seems to work out nicely. Ill repost this in whatsapp so all can read, even if you ignore exxone application :)

aand I agree with above, take him for now and hhope he shapes up, cause as he is now, there will be issues later aswell. But he has made some improvements and know when he's at fault.

Imo after his no show, delay it for another reset.

See his reason for absence. I guess he noticed himself that we are not too fond of all of this. We can't keep him trial forever either so maybe make a proper decision by the next reset?

I think we need to talk about his low DPS or are rogues just low in general?

His dps seems low, he seems to fail alot on otherthings as well... but he did improve on kromog he didnt die as much as before. Dont think we can extend his trial anymore, i would propably vote to decline him if we had a reserve of players at the moment. But mayby tim can have a chat with him before promotion and tell him he has to keep improving or face demotion in the future.
