Recruting is kinda hard atm, but we need to push it more.

Ok wtf is this with breaks.. People needs to stop with this bullshit. Srsly not gonna build a complete new team with a few oldies. Not gonna happen. If more people gonna take a 'break' then i'm going 10m again. I know im not there atm but the agreement was going to go 25m with icon's 10m team and not with 4 cores and 10 or more new peeps that maybe even dont have the required skills that i wanna raid with.

Maybe im wrong but rysler is gonna quit also, elders is going .. Who's next?

But you were talking about Millhouse, the same thing was going on in Murloc. We lost Egam, Bekman and Scummy. People just quit as soon as it get's hard, because some setbacks. We'll get over it and makes us stronger.

After last nights raid though, that will hopefully make people want to stay. We all had tonnes of fun. Either way, like I said on TS last night, we will keep up the recruitment permanently, we will just get more and more picky as the team expands.

Say what!!!! This is just meh. As Hog did say we hade a nice raid last night.

Mystogan is no big loss really. He may be good DPS but his attitude stinks.

I stand by what hog said.atm we aren t in the situation that our dps is too low to hit enrage timers.we need capable ppl that are able to know the mechanics and adapt in every situation

We all share the same goal in Icon. We plan ahead with WoD coming. Going from 10 to 25 man has always posed the same difficulty, that is why so many guilds fail. But this time failure isnt a real option. Hc raiding will only be avail in 20 man modus...

I hope you will stand tall and bare this in mind, maybe put some emphasize on this. Sollution can also be split in 2 10 man teams. Maybe you should give that a thought.

Overall, despite these expected setbacks, I really am confident that with your efforts it will succeed.

And I think you all agree that the grass sure as hell isnt greener at the other side...

Meccero applied to another guild, it wasn't offered. He told me some story about him not having enough time to get Garrosh hc with us as he has to stop raiding in a month or so. Load of shit.

Think we need a discussion about raiding. It's faltering badly, we are cancelling raids due to sign ups. Personally, I'm pretty bored of SOO and can't face doing it for another 6 months.
I know many feel the same way.

IF we can get a decent team together which is making progress, then that's worth turning up for. If we can't, then I think we're as well calling it for now.

Just my thoughts, as I said, I think we need a discussion about it with all the raiders (Myself included as I'm not an officer and shouldn't even be posting this here :))

Talked to Suker last night and we should have a talk atleast officers on monday as all will be there preferably before raid

Can we make this appointment more concrete? Not like... "I think we should have a meeting before the raid."
I usually can't make it online before 19:30ish, because of work...

So... When are we going to have this meeting?
