hello guys i just want to mention about the raid-leading in the guild its OK but it can be improved and it will help a lot for mythic its all about the good calls and teamwork i am not trying to offend any officer but here is a video a lot of it you know about but some revision wont hurt so take a look at it officers and dont kick me please :( i love you ;) :

Nothing new there tbh, but sure I'm happy to tell you you are under performing and kick you from raid next time ;) ;)

No offense zatrix but I find stupid to suggest or criticize raidleading. If u r not happy, u can raid lead or leave the raid.

The strength of the raidleader does not come from his knowledge or his personnality. Its just about trust

and respect from the raiders. If raiders were perfect, you'd not need raid leaders.
