I am going to step down from raiding with Icon. I really enjoy our encounters but I believe we have to many healers. Icon tends to 2 heal most fights. Disc priest, druid & pala will most likely be chosen over shaman for progression raids. When I do get a chance to raid with you guys you have either killed it before or at least had plenty of practice already on that specific boss.

At the moment there are 5 healers (including me) as well as Toothie with his OS & the new shaman is an old friend/guildie. So I totally do understand why I am the back bench choice for raids, but I hope you understand that I need a little more.

I have no plans to leave the guild, if you will let me stay of course and I will plan & decide what I want to do raid wise in the future. But I can't handle organizing my life & kids to be here specific times and rarely actually do anything, turns me into a lazy fistrated shaman ;)
