To define a few things as a baseline. As far as we discussed; Role Officers are responsible for handling all issues in their department (Ranged, Melee and Healing).

If we get a new applicant, I think his Role Officer should be the one to introduce him to the guild and show him all the things he needs to know such as; WhatsApp, Absence Section, EPGP Lootmaster and show him a bit through the forums and how that person can track his attendance etc etc.

Furthermore, I think Role Officers should also put effort into getting recognition as most of the players we have in the roster are not used to this kind of system. By being on top of it from the start, you will create a forced recognition.

Lastly, I think Paro's job could be doing smaller things such as communication with applicants, updating recruitment, making new topics to discuss applicants, loot system and tank specific topics.

How do you guys feel about this? How could we sync this to work efficiently and professionally?

Sounds good, talked to both bloodscent and cibos in whisper/teamspeak during the last raid. We could keep him as trial for now or offer such a spot (not yet checked applications but if there is one, I'll accept him as a trial for now and check his progress and learning curve)
Need to talk to Zatrix later aswell about him, as he is not using the same spec as cibos norm uses.

Im happy to help with what ever i can, tbh we dont need a tank role officer and if we find there is not enough for me to do to justfiy a officer spot im ok with stepping down to raider.

Actually, that's the thing. It's good that you don't have much to do, because this leaves room for flexibility and you can catch up all the smaller things such as the things I mentioned in my Open Post but not limited to of course.
