-We have a recruitment macro.
-As we soon figure out what we need more will update the classes on recruitment topics.
As for the recruitment template i suggest we add the following questions:
To enhance our communication, we have set-up a facebook page and a whatsapp group chat. Do you happen to have either facebook and/or whatsapp? If not, are you willing to install/ set-up?
In times of un-notified absence we contact the specific member through his or her phone number. Are you fine with being contacted through your phone number? If not, please explain.
We are extremely active on our webpage in terms of communication, but also strategy discussion for progress fights. Are you willing to give input to these threads on a frequent basis? Do you have any experience on this approach with any of your previous guilds? Please elaborate your thoughts as well.
What do you think of doing social guild activities such as PvP, (guild)achievements and such?

 Social 170 Posts | I think these are pretty solid suggestions. I also think we should add: How did you find us? Because It might be an idea to see where we get our most recruits from. If it's anything else than Trade Channel, it really means we need to spam more often for example :D Can you post the entire application of how it would look like if we add these questions? Would be a good idea to keep the open post as a template of the application so we can finalize it with a preview. How are the other officers thinking about these questions? ' Memories |

Actually the only thing I want to put emphasize on is that I personally don't think we should be asking questions as in Why you prefer Solitude over other guilds and such meaningless questions. Why do you apply to Solitude. I mean come on haha.. in the end it's always BECAUSE I NEED A RAIDING GUILD?  ' Memories |
