checked some logs,, average/low dps. guildmembers have kills up to spoils. average of 100k less dps then the top dpsers in his team.. for a 25m you can have that but for 10m, or progress fights you need GOOD dps.i dont know who guided him to ICON ...

He seems ok.He is from iran(whic can be bad as there were some problems with their conections in past).And personaly i think they are not so high on dps.I'd say give trial.
